For the raspberry dressing, mix the jam with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar until smooth. Season with garlic powder and a little salt and pepper and set aside.

Season the planted.chicken with a little salt and pepper and fry in olive oil according to packaging instructions. Wash the lettuce, chop the nectarine, red onion and avocado.
